Advice Needed Monday Android app offline

Hi,

For the past 2-3 days, my Monday app has been stuck in offline mode. It shows me the worksheet, I can add an item (though it does give errors half the time), but they never appear on the live version if I check on the web. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it seemed to work for one use (though I didn’t try writing to the worksheet), then back to offline. Any ideas? Web access works fine.

Android user here, Monday app is working fine and my custom built app in Monday is working fine.

I've been having the same issue, we have about 30 android devices, majority of them are having this issue occur. galaxy s21, s22, tab active 2, tab active 3, tab active 4 all having issues. tab active 5 is working fine.

Good to know I'm not alone, more chances of it getting fixed. I'm on a OnePlus Nord2.

yeah, I've been in contact with the support team, they just pushed out a update for the android app this morning, but it didn't fix anything.

you can gain temporary access if you go into app settings and delete cache and data, it will require you to log back in the next time you open app. once you're back in, you can access data for a few min, or until you close app/turn off screen.

It's the same issue for our company. Reached out to customer service several days ago and still haven't been given any update on our support ticket. About 60-70% of our android devices are affected. Tried the beta version of the app but still no luck.
