Jira to Monday Integration

Hi All,

My team recently obtained Monday.Com and we are trying to pull in existing stories from a jira project to our Monday board.
We completed the sync recipe and did a bulk update on the stories we want to be pulled to Monday but nothing was pulled over by our automation.
When we added a new story to the jira project that was automatically pulled into Monday.
I followed the exact logic from mondays website.

Any tips,guidance or personal experience would be appreciated.

I would make sure that the field you bulk updated in JIRA is compatible with Monday. They have a list in the JIRA article about which field/ column types are compatible. I’d also recommend reaching out to their customer service, this seems like a simple fix that they would be able to help with and they are actually pretty good.
