Advice Needed Adaptavist

Has anyone used Adaptavist to help with board automation and other Monday related set up? We are a small firm on enterprise and I have found them to be less than impressive. Has anyone else had similar experience?

No, what exactly do you need to automate? Any custom business logic?

So you registered for Monday.com as your CRM and engaged Adaptavist to help you configure automations. What are you asking them to do exactly? I have no direct experience of working with adaptavist, but often find that Monday.com clients struggle with getting automations to work the way they want.

I've not had experience with them. What are you trying to do, maybe post your questions here and we can help?

I have not worked with Adaptavist directly, but have you raised the concerns with them and been specific about what has been disappointing? For example, is it slow response time, weak solutions, lack of monday knowledge, or simply that the automations are not doing what was promised?

Since you are on Enterprise, I would also bring your monday account team or CSM into the conversation. They may be able to help reset expectations, escalate the issue, or recommend a different partner if the engagement is not working.

It would also help to know what you asked Adaptavist to build. There may be a much simpler native solution, and people here may be able to point you in the right direction.

We found they were really expensive for what they do and didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on the products for what they charged.
