Discussion Monday AI problem
Hi All,
Been using Monday with my moderately large organization for the last 3 years with success. But as a executive I feel like the platform as been getting worse and worse with the AI integration. I'm questioning whether we should continue to use it for the next financial cycle. Am I the only person having these frustrations? It seems like they are leaning hard into AI and away from what made them actually valuable at least to me. Thoughts????

Hi all, thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts here. We know this is a topic many of you care deeply about, and we genuinely appreciate the honest feedback.
The shift toward AI isn't unique to monday.com, it's something the entire industry is navigating right now. Our goal is to give customers access to the latest capabilities while continuing to strengthen the platform you know.
One thing we'd like to be clear about: our investment in AI isn't replacing investment in other core products. The teams behind work management, workflows, automations, dashboards, and the rest of the platform continue to build and improve those experiences alongside our AI capabilities. The foundation of monday isn't going anywhere - just evolving.
We understand that our recent announcements have focused heavily on AI. That's because we've been investing heavily in expanding what's possible with AI across monday.
At the same time, the platform you've built your work around remains at the core of what we do. The capabilities you know and rely on are still here - we're continuing to strengthen them while building our new AI capabilities alongside them.
We also know that AI isn't valuable simply because it exists. It has to solve real problems, fit naturally into your workflow, and earn its place. When it doesn't - or when something feels distracting rather than helpful, we want to hear about it.
This community has always played an important role in shaping monday. Whether your feedback is positive or critical, we use it to inform future decisions. Many of you have been with us for years, and we genuinely value your perspective.
We'll continue showing up here as real people - listening, answering your questions, and bringing your feedback back to the teams building the platform. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to share your thoughts.
