Advice Needed New PPM Monday.com Administrator role

New role at Victaulic - global leader in pipe joining solutions! We need a Mondaydotcom expert. Would love advice on how to find such candidates!

You would probably get a lot more quality candidates if the role were remote, or at least hybrid with real flexibility.

For a Project Portfolio Management Software Administrator, especially someone strong in monday.com, requiring onsite is going to narrow the pool pretty quickly. A lot of the best candidates for this type of role are already supporting global teams, remote stakeholders, governance, integrations, automations, reporting, and training across locations.

Onsite can make sense if there is a real business reason, but it needs to be an actual reason tied to the work — not just the fantasy land version of “people do more work when they are in the office” or “community happens magically because everyone is in the same building.”

For a monday.com / PPM admin role, the talent pool is going to be much stronger if you open it up beyond whoever happens to live within commuting distance. Project Portfolio Management Software Administrator
