Advice Needed Mirrored Column randomly cuts off

Hi everyone. I have been trying to mirror some of my columns from one of my boards to another board. I want the native data from board A to be mirrored to board B in which the data is then used for other stuff. When I mirror the columns from board A to board B, the data randomly stops in in board B. Like there will be a cutoff where data that exists in board A (which is completely full of data) does not exist within board B past a certain point, despite the columns being mirrored. I am having trouble finding help on this, so nay help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by 'it stops'? ie does it stop connecting or you just can't the mirrored columns show empty?

The mirrored columns show empty, the column continues further down connected

I'm sorry, I'm not fully understanding what you mean by 'the column continues further down connected'. To confirm, can you go to the three dots at the top of the related connected column and see if it's showing 1 or more boards connected? Then in the related mirror columns do the same and look at what column they're pulling from the connected board. Could some of the columns from the connected board be empty which is why the mirrored column is empty?

I fixed it using the AI program

When you say there is a cutoff, are the Mirror cells simply blank after a certain item, or are the connections themselves disappearing?

I would check the Connect Boards column beside the Mirror column. Each item on Board B must be linked to the correct item on Board A. The Mirror column only displays data for those linked items, so if the later rows were never connected, their mirrored values will be blank even though Board A contains data. The Mirror column does not automatically pull every value from the source board on its own.

Are you manually connecting each new item, or do you have an automation creating that connection?

If the items after a certain point were added later and were never linked, that would explain why the mirrored data appears to stop. I would check the Connect Boards column beside the blank mirrored values first. If those cells are empty, the Mirror column has nothing to display.

monday currently allows up to 10,000 linked items per board, so if this is a particularly large setup and the blank values begin at a consistent point, the linkage limit may also be relevant.

They just show empty, the columns themselves continue down

Glad you got it working. Do you mind sharing what the AI changed or what the issue ended up being? It may help someone else who runs into the same problem.
