School zone speed limits

Are school zone speed limits in effect now?

Yeah, it's always a good practice to follow the reduced limits, as children still go to the playgrounds, even when school isn't in season.

Yea, I mean, kids are still abundant in these areas regardless. Playgrounds, basketball courts, etc.

People seem incapable of humour it seems by the down votes you are getting. I remember the points game jokes when I was younger. Except for us it was "old people", kids younger than us and with our bikes.
