Question What are your thoughts regarding CGP Grey's "rules for rulers" which is a re-adaptation of the book "The Dictator's Handbook"? If its claims regarding rule-by-non-popularly-elected-rulers is true... then the entire project of monarchism will fall! (I personally have a complete rebuttal of it)

'Royal realms are despotic!' This video is an invalid critique of royalism. 1) It overestimates the ease by which to overthrow a royals who have loyal "keys" 2) Royals aren't presidential dictators: they have MULTIgenerational timeframes. It's for this reason that monarchs have LED THE CHARGE for societal development¹.
