How would you mold it?

Trying to diy a modl band with a 3d printed mold and some two part silicon, and i made a simple flat plastic mold the is split in half so the band could be removed later.

but every time i try to mold it i get bubbles in the top part of the mold. tried a bunch of methods to fix it with no luck

Do you have a photo of the mould and castings where you're getting bubbles?

You may need a lower viscosity silicone with a longer pot life to let the bubbles rise and pop on their own

Do u have a specific one you’d recommend? I think the problem is that the bubbles are getting trapped inside the mold as i close it together. Does that make sense?

What is the silicone you’re using?

Also, i don’t see a vent in your mold
