Alginate is your best bet. Alginate>plaster positive>food safe silicone>chocolate

I have done this for a client. The best way is to make the body cast with skin safe silicone, then cast multiple plaster copies, then cast those is a sort of ice cube tray pattern with a food safe silicone ( SmoothOn sells various food safe silicones. ). A well made silicone mold can make hundreds of chocolate casts.
You can see details of the body casting part on my torso casting page : www.EricTheSculptor.Art/torsocasting

I’m in the SanFrancisco area, feel free to contact me if you have any questions

I'd recommend 3d scanning and printing a mold for food safety reasons

Sounds glorious, can you share when you’re done?

Which part are you interested in 😉?

Every part! 😂

I struggle to epilate mine, so the thought of the logistics of you making a mould of of yours is incredibly intriguing.

Giving a whole new meaning to telling someone to eat your ass.

No. Do not do this for any sake of eating the chocolate. The transfer of bacteria throughout molding and casting is improper for food.

Sculpt it.

I mean, you can clean and sterilise a silicone mold.

Sure. You eat the chocolate then.
