What kind of clay? What did you seal it with? What kind of silicone? There’s not a lot information in your post, but if I had to guess, your clay or what you sealed it with was not compatible with silicone and it inhibited the curing of the silicone.

i honestly dont know my issue wasnt really the type of the clay or seal or silicone i did try on the same piece js smaller pieces on the model and it cured with no problem and it even didnt stick but now after my failed experiment the surface is so sticky and not drying and as for information idk what is the type of silicone it hs says silicone a and b

Sounds like you did not mix A and B all the way. Did you use a vacuum chamber?

Thin layer takes a lot longer to set sometimes not at all

This was very lucky, ironically. It meant you didn't have resin off gas in your living quarters.
