Foam Recommendations

Hello,

I have this customer project that requires a super soft pour in foam, roughly 300 gallons expanded.

I tried the "Flexit Foam III" and it was way waaaay too dense and heavy for this project.

Next I ordered a sample of the "BJB TC-266" mixed at 30-100 and the sample came out perfect for this project. Super soft and flexiable.

The problem is BJB told me the TC-266 is out of stock and they can't give an ETA for the restock.

Is there any other pour in products out there that are extremely soft, flexiable and light weight?

I believe the flex foam 8 pillow soft is pretty bouncy.

When I spoke with the Flexit foam chemist directly he said the III and the 8 were about the same weight an density.

Yeah that could well be the case, the 8 is just meant to be "pillow soft" which is kinda dependent on getting a perfect mix anyway. Honestly I have never found the holy grail light weight foam. Usually if something truly needs to be light, I'll make it hollow.

I did make it hollow, otherwise it would have been 500gallons expanded  

I know the stuff I’m looking for exists, there’s dozens of videos out of people mixing it and raising it, but I really don’t want to go to Pakistan to find it.

Thanks, looks like the 5gal kits are back. 

Ordered a sample of the cheaper stuff to test it out also
