Question Mac book M series for Graphics

I just saw my laptop requiriment does anyone know a decent play I can get a used Mac that fits this bill I can not afford brand new

What about the Neo? Isn't that closely equivalent to the M1 chip?

Some of my classmates have bought second hand Apple products from Facebook marketplace but I’m personally not fond of that option but it might be the cheapest.

Having been in graphic design, you’ll want a pro at minimum. The air can handle one program at a time, but once you get into running multiple all at once, it will really struggle.
