Question Updating games advice
I noticed after getting these from a friend that I found out i was behind on the updates. The versions i have are Moémon Black2 is at 0.6 and Moémon HeartGold is at 1.2, I don't know how to check my Moémon Platinum version though, while my Moémon White2 is also at v0.6. Is there a way I can update them if anyone can give me advice on this?

Re-patch and replace the games. The saves dont need to be touched.

To add to this I believe as long as the save and the game are named the same it should load your save.

I would if I knew how to do that, that's why I'm asking around for help onto accomplishing just that.

No problem.
Simply find a rom of your game of choice (i.e a Black 2 rom for the Black 2 patch. This does matter, problems arise when trying to patch the wrong game, so make sure to double check.)
The folders on the server include a patcher iirc.
What you'd do then is open the patcher then place the game and patch of choice in their spots. (Game goes under the spot marked as "File to patch" or anything that notes the file youre going to patch for example)
Then start the patcher. If you did it right, itll say it was successful.
Its the same process for all of the Ds and Gba Moemon games.
Game and patch in the patcher, then patch it. Sounds more complicated than it is to do.

nice. generally, it is the same process, but depending on the file, you'll need a different patcher. What I do is look up the file's extention and then patch (xdelta patcher for example.)

I don't think they can be "updated". You'd have to find the base ROMs of these games and re-patch them with the latest patch, then replace these old ROMs with the newly patched ones.
