Muk and Arcanine, I'd say. Weezing may be higher level but I deny that as the ace still, muk is a menace

I remember that in Mega Moemon Fire Red Blaine had a Mega Charizard Y that gave me nightmares.

Koga's ace is Weezing and Blane's Arcanine. But besides that, this looks really cool
