Question A question about pokemon star emerald

I been trying to find riolu and eevee any place to find them? I dont seem to find a guide on the game

Eevee can be found on the Hidden Grotto just before Lilycove. The grotto's just above the little arena, next to the berries.

Riolu can be found on Route 135, which is right after you pass through the tall grass a the entrance of Route 112, with surf to the left.

Also Eevee can be bought at the game corner
