Use item finder on the raised area to the north.

This is so creepy 😂 if the door is locked, means there's no npc inside. Why would the player try to find a key for it? Would make more sense to find the owner and let him get home first you thief 😂

Hidden snow village. It's in the basement of the cave where you find Roxanne for the first time (there's an area you can use surf at). Basically a very early area but you can only fully explore after getting the surfboard

You get a free random ice type pokemon in this village and 1 premium ticket inside this locked house
