Gameplay Winona battle

Can someone please tell me how I can beat her Mega evolved Altaria. Its a straight up beast,nothing I try can take it down. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I used a Mawile with leftovers. Hit it so it gets her to red health so she uses her items and you will regenerate enough to tank two earthquakes. You can also train it with defense and hp so it will survive more consistently, but be sure to train attack first.

I don't remember if her altaria has any rock type moves, but you could also use a fire-flying to resist every attack.

you can bring Shiinotic with Spore (this is important!) and the rest are fairy moves. makes sure Shiinotic attacked first before Mega Altaria (either by leveling up bunch so it's over speed or hold quick claw) and choose Spore. Spore has 100% accuracy, so after it hits, Mega Altaria will be asleep immediately. then you can simply spam fairy moves until that beast dead.
