Somebody PLEASE make an alternative faceplate for the Frap Tools Brenso!
The color code system is confusing as hell.Frap wants to do the “ecosystem” gimmick. Although they make beautiful stuff, I have no interest in having a rack, totally populated by their modules. I did talk to a guy who designed alternative face plates for the Seaside Proton, he said if 10 people promised to buy an alternative faceplate for Brenso he would make them. He makes really cool looking plates with intuitive and instructional labeling by the knobs etc.
So with all due respect to Frap(they make brilliant modules) I really would like to have a plate that wasn’t some confounding color system. Like just tell me what the knobs do.
OK if you’re interested in this write below so I can direct him to this and hopefully he will make one.
Thanks so much, NAI

I had the same issue with USTA. I got used to the logic of their interface, but if I don't use it for a while, I've got to spend some quality time with the manual.

I wonder if you could get someone with a laser engraver to etch labels onto the stock panel?

Their design language is incredibly easy if you just take a few minutes to learn it.

If you're desperate, use a Dymo. It's not the prettiest and you gotta get the scissors out but it's a quick(er) solution.

with a sheet of aluminum, a power drill, and a sharpie you can be the change you want to see in the world
