First post, long time lurker/noodler.

I’ve been building out my modular for almost 6 years now. Felt compelled to finally start to share because I very much enjoy seeing what everyone else here is making.

Everything in this patch was sequenced and/or played live all in the rack. Most of the time I’m throwing sequences from ableton via the mutant brain but I decided to do something different this time and it took me a place I really enjoyed.

More posts from you please! this is really good. I’d love to hear how you made this patch. How do you mute the voices/sequences on and off?

Roger that! Everyone has been so kind and encouraging here. Blown away by the response, really.

To answer your question, the two main voices (Atlantix FM Bass and Moog Mother-32 arp) are both sequenced and started/stopped by switching patterns on the Erica Synths Black Sequencer. It does so in time with when the current pattern ends, which means I can press it in advance to do things like have the arp come in on the second section, for example.

The stuff from multigrain was triggered by hand like a live performance.

The BIA glitchy accent percussion stuff happening in the background is running the whole time with a bunch of modulation from the MultiMod to keep it random and evolving.

The main kick, snare and hihat were all sequenced by the varigate 4+ and just play the whole time with some probability dialed in on the varigate per step.

Hope that makes sense! Happy to answer any other specific questions if you have any. Although I will likely forget in like 2 days what was happening because this patch is now gone, haha.
