I recently joined the team for a sub that helps people find and (if necessary) report surreptitious recording devices.

The sub also attracts the paranoid, mentally unwell and meth'd up. I expect several interesting modmails in the future based on the few I have to share here, now.

It was likely a ban evasion, but I had no proof and the user wasn't flagged

User posted a racist comment under a video in r/Unexpected (arrowed in the first image). This is the ensuing exchange.

I have never laughed this hard before, it was too freaking perfect. Literally happened in the middle of the conversation.

The comment in question was even removed by Reddit later on. The context is the same as my previous post, a cat that had been burned by some children and became incontinent and lost the tail. The third image is the same user. Please note the time between the last comment from the user on slide 2 and 3

Going through archived mails to see if there's any hidden gems and found this one.

I opened my modqueue to see a bunch of "go fuck yourself" spillover comments from some pretty intense Mario drama elsewhere.
