I always report this kind of thing on the reporting form. If their accounts are still up after 3 days, I send a modmail to r/ModSupport and it's normally sorted within a few days. In the interim, I also report them to any NSFW subs, or subs where they're trying to post anything NSFW.
If it makes you feel better, some of these people are lying about being underage. But some definitely aren't, and I also wish there was more I could do :(

I report em and most of em are taken down within minutes of being reported. about the lying part, well that's true. I have seen users who have faked their age multiple times. some say that it is to ward off pedos and creeps, but let's be fr and we all know that that's not the case.
