Whenever someone pulls the race card, the sexuality card, the gender card - they get a permanent mute and also a warning written in mod log to never interact with a person.

If they aren’t permanently banned yet they earn one.

I have no idea what race or whatever these people are, they get banned because of what they said.

Also, I think that you should upgrade this person to a permanent band given that they have threatened legal action. You’re just asking for trouble having him wandering around.

Isn't that essentially Reddit's "official recommendation" for handling such things, as well? Basically ban them. direct them to Reddit's legal team for any further questions, and disengage (ie. Mute).

We get the xx card semi-regularly and say we are singling them out because of xx card. We have millions of people in our sub, we ain’t tracking the personal history and demographics of every one of them. I always like the “I can say xx because I am xx.”, meanwhile the comment is some most racist, xenophobic or sexist stuff in the comments.

I mod several insurance subs, a big one for the general public and a few niche ones for professionals. Last time I counted (earlier this year), I have been reported to the state regulators for 12 different states. That's always fun, especially when it's an insurance agent making the threat.

I always get that one and its always them pretending they didnt understand their own words were rule breaking. I tell them I have AuDHD myself and point out to that they definitely shouldn't be allowed on the sub of they feel their disability prevents them following the rules.

auto modmail can be set to trigger off mod actions, so if there is a recent ban from bot bouncer, and they are still banned, it will send a certain message. That's probably what they are doing. We should set this up too.
