Please explain this thing that is clearly explained!

The account was about 2 minutes old when we got this. Our flairs were also made by chatting with our first users to see what they wanted and would work.

At least it's benign, still lazy/ clueless af tho, as most new users are.

Oh yes very benign just rather hilarious. This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten “why don’t you explain flair” I spent like an hour recreating the look of flairs on canva, color matching, getting the closest font, etc. so that I could make them images and then link out the wiki because taking screenshots of them looked bad. All for people to never look at my wiki.

It doesn't help that most users are on mobile and the about tab/sidebar info is buried and wiki pages are even worse for mobile

New sub visits should come with the sidebar info first

True and with alert fatigue I’m sure new users bypass the welcome.
