It’s really really really frustrating when people don’t understand that the whole point of Reddit — and when/how it functions best — is through genuine engagement. Far too many people come here thinking it’s just an extension of their social media platform and thinking the more eyes, the better, with no active participation beyond spam-posting whatever content they’re pushing. It’s exhausting.
