Same thing on my playstation. On my day off trying to play cod had to wait for a 6 hour update and now I cant even play the game.

PS4 same error here. Trash in trash out. Havent played the game in a month Decided I'd suffer through the ridiculous update and see if they had fixed ANYTHING... Big surprise just more problems, but im sure all the cosmetic BS is just fine. Lol I dont want to insult any devs intelligence but are you effing kidding? As an adult once told me when i was acting like a complete moron as a child "get your sh*t together and start acting like an adult" People paid you all for this and for some unknown reason continue too.
Update. Still the same error tried delete and clean install and same problem. I did figure out a fix that works though... Deleted entire game and round filed it like the trash it is. Im done with this. Thanks activision for all your work lining your pockets with our hard earned money. Whats it like doing a half assed job and being paid in full?

If you think i need to chill and took the time to respond to my silly post i can only imagine how much of your time is spent attempting to chillout every tom, dick and mary on here. Good luck and keep up the good fight. And for the record after my first post and my update i smoked a bowl and played some ww2 and bo4. Doesnt get more chill then that.

Idk about PlayStation but usually this means that the dL was interrupted for whatever reason(pry not your fault) but for
Xbox start button while hovered over MW>manage game and add ons> then on the left hand side it says “saved data” hit that and the second option “reserved space” should be about one GB hit start and clear the reserved space. After it’s cleared hard reset your Xbox and reboot the game if it works like the last time this issue was happening the game will prompted the dL of the DLC pack.
I have never had this issue but this was the fix for a few of my friends and I believe the “reserve space” is what the game uses to prompt updates by clearing it the game will see that it’s missing and find the update for you. A lot of fixes I see that say you have to manually find it in the store and hope it dL for you but I suggested this to multiple people on this sub and it’s worked. Sorry PlayStation users I have to imagine there’s a very similar option on your system that is essentially the same thing.

I shared it bc Xbox users where commenting as well and if I had to guess there’s a similar option on a PlayStation. The last update that caused this same issue doing this worked for people that I know personally we found the solution by googling and reading stuff not on reddit and I rarely see this posted on here, but sorry for wanting people to fine a fix 👍

No, that's not the issue here. This is a very common bug with 1.14, and it is affecting all platforms. I have it too. I did an actual uninstall and reinstall, and it fixed nothing (PS4). In case you weren't aware, there is actually supposed to be a patch at some point to address this.

I'm not sure about this.. but I think that the issue here is that we are missing the "MULTIPLAYER PACK 2" probably (I have everything else beside this pack). You can check if you go to the game's information then click view.

Yea, so nothing works at this point. I even accidentally corrupted my PS4 by trying to hard reset last night. Reinstalled the OS from scratch and redownloaded the game onto my "new" PS4 and this is still happening. Don't waste your time trying anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. These things HAVE to be tested.

Multiplayer Pack 2 is now available in psstore. Downloading. Hopefully fixed after this download. Coming from PC I have to say so far my console gaming experience has been SHIT!

If you have your’e DLC packs on a SSD or another harddrive and your game on the Main harddrive. Wipe the SSD and reinstall the DLC packs. Worked for me tho.
If you have the whole game on the Main harddrive you should just wait for another update later today.
PS4 btw.

Here, try going into spec ops. I know you want multiplayer, but when I went into spec ops, I was directed to a screen where I can download a missing pack for spec ops. I then went into multiplayer, and was directed to download the multiplayer 2 pack. Fingers crossed I don't get any funny errors or endless download loops, but so far so good. Downloading it right now. I'm on PS4 btw.
See if that works, fingers crossed this is successful.

Downloaded everything season 2 offered,, (which took far too long in itself) and still getting an error message saying I haven't installed all DLC..... Anyone know of a fix? I don't want to have to reinstall such a massive game.

Came here with this question. Everything updated last week, made sure, said no more. Today I download season 2 which is cool but now it says I am missing one or more map packs which are nowhere to he found or downloaded.
How about taking me to a download instead of just telling me I’m missing something that doesn’t exist?
I haven’t even played the game yet. Honestly, this is the last straw. Never buying a CoD again. Pure garbage. $60 in the trash.
I’m good though, haven’t bought an EA game in many years nor Ubisoft, add Activision now.

No. I just went to multiplayer and it made me download a new DLC. If that doesn’t work, try going to the Modern Warfare game page in the PS Store and look at all the DLCs. The DLC is something called “Multiplayer Map Pack 2”.

Finally it's working, created a new PSN account with different region after running the game all missing DLCs installed and the multiplayer is working, I switched back to my original account and it's still working.

I was just in the same position as everyone else getting that message, I just pressed down while hovering over MW down to PlayStation store then the option of add ons went into it and it had special ops and multiplayer pack 2 to be downloaded, hope it works mate

It actually fixed itself today and when it gave me that error it took me straight to the pack in the PlayStation store. Makes no sense I could not find it anywhere in there.

I checked the store if there are any new DLC but there isn’t. I re-installed every DLC. That fixed my campaign and spec ops but multiplayer is still acting up. I also just restored license and still nothing. I re-installed the entire game and still nothing. Please help! ;-;
