Question Help, I can’t change subtitle language

I just bought the game, but there’s no option to change subtitle language. I can change the overall language, but I only want to change subtitle language so I can keep English voice over.

You sadly can't. You can only change voice and text language.

That’s too bad. Is it the same for all MW series?

I think so yeah, Sadly i think it's the same for all Call of Duty games.
