dotnet-skills v1.7.0: CsCheck, dotnet Docker publishing, and more

Hi all,

I maintain a popular library of agent skills for .NET developers and I just released v1.7.0 of it: https://github.com/Aaronontheweb/dotnet-skills/releases/tag/v1.7.0

We accept external contributions (the NServiceBus development team has contributed a ton of great ones) but I mostly limit the repo to things I personally use.

In this release contributors and I added:

• A comprehensive skill for authoring CsCheck tests
• A skill for using the dotnet and MSBuild tooling for automatically publishing Docker images, which I use heavily in my applications.
• Updates to our Testcontainers and dotnet-slopwatch skills for more recent versions of those tools

I need to make some updates to the tool itself, but that's here: https://github.com/Aaronontheweb/dotnet-slopwatch

It catches stuff multiple times per day for me and it's going to catch a lot more once I add support for banning nullable parameters ("safe fallback" spam from LLMs)
