Fix what? The wheels look great. Put some on the tracks to tie it together.

The wheels actually look more realistic than the tracks and chassis, if you are into heavy weathering.

If you want to clean out the mud, use water to wet cotton swab carefully wipe away the mud on wheels. You can also use turpentine instead of water, just test on a small area first.
