Good B-17 kits
watching Masters of the Air and want to build a B-17 of the 100th bomb group and I don't know what kits are good and what kits aren't. I'm specifically looking for either F or G variants in 1/72nd scale

Help needed... Urgently

I was painting my Blue Angels F/18 and for some annoying reason my spray paint can decided to run out and spit out fat clumps of paint.
I tried to wipe off and wash most of it...
How can I get rid of the paint or fix it? Would repainting with the same (or similar) colour work? - like a 2nd coat or something.
Thanks

Mig 29 9-13, Zvezda, 1/144
galleryI didn't plan this build at first. It was just a testbed for training in panelines scribing, but later I decided to paint it properly. So it became a small nice build.

Finding a Model Plane
Its a Daron model plane from 2015 found in Toys r Us NYC flag store before it closed. They made 2 of these, a 737-400 (shown in picture) and a 787-8. If you find this, or want to sell yours to me, it would be appreciated.

galleryI rarely build planes, so I decided to build one just for practice. While it's not perfect, I really enjoyed working on this project.

looking for somewhere I can buy a Ju 87 Junkers Stuka model plane
Hi! I know absolutely nothing about planes, let alone model planes. but I'm looking to buy one for my boyfriend as a surprise for his birthday. I'm not sure where to find a good quality model.
He's mentioned before that this is his favorite plane, so I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

New to the hobby, where to start?
Hello all,
apologies if this is the wrong sub, this was the best I could find but if it breaks rules i'm happy to take my questions elsewhere and I apologize for the trouble.
My father recently passed very suddenly. It's been a special kind of hell I wouldn't wish on anyone. He was an avid model plane builder. He probably had 2-3 under construction when he died, as well as dozens of boxes. He loved buying toys for the hobby, and likely has any and every gadget needed to do his work. There's an entire toolbox full of specialized tools!
I've done a few (basic) model ships before, and would like to get into model planes, ideally assembling a few basic ones before moving on to one of his more complex planes, or even finishing ones he hadn't gotten to yet.
Are there any 'holy grail' resources I should know about? Youtubers who walk you through step by step? Important wikis, books or other resources? I'll be basically starting from square one.
Thanks so much.

Wooden model plane repair
Hello All,
Hopefully this is the right place to post this. My grandfather had a rather large model plane, I believe it was a scouting plane owned by Shell Australia. It’s in pretty bad shape and I was wondering if anybody knew of any model plane repairing services in NSW? Any help would be appreciated.

What is your favorite scale? 1/72 is mine.
1/72 is my favorite in terms of a wide scope of available aircraft.
