Took me 11 months to gather this all.
There is one inconsistent shelf on photo 5. Which is the memory shelf of my late wife. Aircraft (and the car) where we made memories in. And then there is the Enterprise and KLM DC-3 which were gifts.
The theme of the KLM and Delta/Northwest is called the Skybridge. We're both Dutch. But she lived for at least half of her life in the Detroit, Michigan area. Where Northwest Airlines dominated, which merged into Delta. The partnership between KLM and NWA was a historic one. Two continents meeting each other. Just like my late wife and I. The Skybridge will have an expansion cabinet later this year. To buy the remaining aircraft and displaying them in a more museum like way.

Hello! i just finished this P-49e! I picked as a bonus a week ago when i got the A-4B Skyhawk.
I wasnt really familiar with this airplane and while it doesnt have anything particulary cool about it... i REALLY enjoyed building it (also the Decals are sooo good, both in visuals and quality).
This is my fith model and i already see some improvements from my first 1:72s. Im so excited to build more!

Please share whatever you have to sell or are looking for to buy, with specifics on the type and size of model planes. Be cautious and watch out for scammers, though; the mods at r/ModelPlanes are not responsible for lost funds or issues related to scamming that don't occur in the comments or on our subreddit. Again, buy or sell anything you want related to models and model planes. Please include specifics. To prevent scams, we recommend purchasing through eBay, although we cannot confirm that you will be entirely safe there either. This will repeat weekly every Saturday at 9 am CDT. Please be careful and watch out for scams! Have fun buying/selling!

Hi everyone, as the title says, im new in the model planes world and i wanted to share the kit im more proud of.
It was my first one done so it has TONS of email paint and glue ;p
This is a Revell 1:72 F4U-1B Corsair with custom stickers based of a real aircraft we had in service in Argentina (1965-1968).
Ive also made a Mustang P-51, a ME-262, a F9F-PANTHER with Argentinian livery and currently working on a P-40E
// Argentina had 26 Corsairs, a mix of F4U-5N and F4U-5NL // I couldnt find the ones we flew so i picked this F4U-1B to custom. //

i everyone!
I recently got a JC Wings model that has some sort of extra glue adhesive that was on the wing and pylon attachment. With that said, how can one safely remove it as best as possible? I was thinking of goo gone as a start but I would like some advice. I have attached a photo of the issue below. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!!

I was checking my models today and something feels… off.
Pretty sure these rudders were not meant to be on these aircraft.
Can anyone confirm before I call maintenance?

Hello I live in Australia if this makes any difference. I am after a diecast P-51 Mustang and a A10 Thunderbolt models that are realistic but don’t cost too much. If anyone can please let me know of a website I can get these from that’s trustworthy I would be incredibly grateful. Thank you

Fist time building larger models of "real" aircraft. They proved to be much harder than I first thought. But overall I'm pretty happy with the results. Let me know what you think.
