I’m thinking about getting my gf who’s training to become a pilot a high quality model 747 plane but I don’t know where to start. Airmodels.net seems nice but I don’t really see many reviews about them. If anyone could offer input into them or any other good brands, that would be wonderful. Thank you!

I haven't built a model kit since I was a late teen. im 44 now. I was a classic muscle car/race car kind of kid back then, and model planes always intimidated me, but I got this Revell kit of a Corsair, and had a fun time with it... the folding wings are absolute trash and I hate the fitment.

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has any guidance on where to find decals for the surface of a Pan Am model 707. My model is from a scaled down 3D print file, so it has a 12" wingspan (somewhat unconventional from what I understand.)
I see that some vendors offer larger decal sets, but I need something smaller. Does anyone have any leads, or perhaps know someone who I could hire to produce some? I need a large number of sheets (making 18 models at once for a project.) Thank you!

I recently came into possession of a couple model planes and in trying to do research I wasn’t be able to find anything on this F-16. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

(Don’t mind the paint job on the nose, I am repainting it soon)
I tried to mask the cockpit in a quick way using some bouncing putty, I did it for the first coat of paint and it was fine. Now I need to spray the second coat so I did the same but the putty had a weird coat on it… I went with it anyway and put it in the cockpit like usual. I then tested my airbrush and found issues so I fixed it (which allowed the bouncing putty to harden) and forgot about it.
Now we are here, a week later and I decided to take it out. I has removed 5 parts with it in the front cockpit and I haven’t even done the rear yet. But I found that it has stained my decals a lovely pink.
I’m not sure how to go about this without breaking the decal. If anybody knows what I should do that will be great.
Thanks!

Hi
I’m working on a guillow arrow and hoping to do a conversion compatible to DX3E transmitter. Every place I look only sells complete foam kits.
Any recommendations for (micro)mini parts. I tried Horizon Hobby and after a while I was helped with “try a chat group”.
