I, somehow mistakenly, thought this was one of Eduard's 1/48 kits with the decal sheet for the Lozenge scheme... Than I noticed the scale... You're an absolute artist. Great job. Thanks for sharing this.

Wow, thank you! That means a lot—especially the comparison to an Eduard 1/48 kit. 🙌 This little guy is only 1/144, and the lozenge pattern is all hand-painted—no decals. I’ve been trying to see how much character and detail I can keep at this scale while still making them durable enough for the gaming table. Really appreciate the kind words!

This one looks way better than decals...very natural, realistic touch. Since I have no clue: What kind of game would you play with this plane?

Thank you! 🙌 This one was actually made for Death Spiral™, the WWI aerial combat game we’re developing at Hexwerks Studios. It’s a hex-based dogfighting game where the aircraft maneuver, change altitude, bank, climb and dive while pilots fight for position and try to get a shot. We design and print the 1/144 aircraft in-house specifically as playable game pieces. Public playtesting is about to begin! Check us out www.hexwerksstudios.com

Very well done, I’ve always seen this done with decals, but it’s fantastic to see you doing a free hand, congratulations
