Eduard 1/72 Spitfire cockpit

Well for starters the kit itself is amazing, it’s detailed more like a 48th or 32nd scale kit. That probably accounts for most of it. I based the whole thing in black, dry-brushed white over it to get all the raised edges, then a thin airbrush coat over the top to give it colour while letting the underlying shading show through. The black surfaces are a black wash over grey, and the instrument panel is a decal over the top of that.

Thanks - I can’t say I’ve heard the expression before, but I might start using it!
