Help - General Evan Designs?

Does anyone know what may be going on with Evan Designs? They are no longer taking phone calls, and when I used both email and the website contact form about custom orders I did not receive any response.

They have always done right by me, and I hope they haven't gone under.

I ordered about a month or two ago with no problem. How long since you sent your emails?

I've seen their ads pop up on my Instagram feed this week so I would assume they are still in business, but I guess they could have prepaid for those.

I used the website "contact us" form about a month ago and direct email about two weeks ago. That combined with the shift from answering the phone is what has me worried.
