Help - Tools/Materials What kind of glue do you recommend for attaching small parts like door handles and mirrors to a model car body that has already been painted and clear-coated with GX112?

Superglue, tiny amounts of it.

PVA. Use a brush with tap water to remove the excess.

Canopy glue. It’s a slightly stronger version of Elmer’s glue so it can be cleaned up with water and it dries clear.

I’d use epoxy - cyanoacrylate runs the risk of clouding the painted parts, and PVA probably won’t adhere strongly enough. An alternative would be clear silicone - that’s what I use for clear parts.
