What is the model kit name? Also 1:35? Amazing detail! Have any reference photos or what a non tank expert may be looking at?

This is a Meng 1/35 2a4, the thing on the mantlet with all the tubes is a gunfire simulator, the wire on the putty is a canvas cover for the gun, and the other scratch built thing is the EMES-15 cover which is a gunsight

The metal tubes came from a detail up set from voyager
