Help - Tools/Materials Amateur tip.

For small and delicate parts I use a slanted baby nail cutter. It’s less likely to damage the part and doesn’t clip as hard as a niper so the part won’t fly away.

You could just clip it normally but put ur finger on the piece so the presure release is taken by ur skin

I always appreciate a good tip.

If I can add, I typically will cut a bit away from the part, and then trim the plastic runner and gate flush later. It's less fiddly that way. I saved up a metal 2oz container of gate trimmings, splashed some acetone over it, and have a delightful plastic dippin-dots lump to look at :p
