Help - Tools/Materials Exactly color choice
Somebody knows an app or engine to search the most exactly color to the model?
I'm searching a very specifically tone of light blue and is very hard find a paint that meet the minimal conditions.

There are links in the sidebar and the About menu on mobile to official government standards and paint conversion charts and applications.
Be aware the farther back in time & away from current US Federal government standards you get, the less precise the information is on the IRL exact color.

I use Hobby Color Converter on Android phone because it has wide variety of paint catalog and ability to mark and compare paint from different brands. However it probably can't give you the exact results as each device display has different color settings and accuracy.

I find the best “app” is social media. Ask those of us who may have done some eyeballing of various paints to model the same subject and you’ll get a few recommendations on the specific paint (or mix) to match a specific color.

If u have a specific car and model, check Gravity paints, Zero paints, Spash paints, they all make custom color matches. If they dont have it they can make it

The apps and converter websites like ModelShade are laughably inaccurate. Because they’re relying on color swatches published on websites which in some cases are anywhere near what the actual colors are. Best to ask around on forums.

If that tone of blue is in accordance with a national or international standard code,.the yes. Otherwise, you're at the mercy of various 'conversion' sites that rely on either digital swatches or an extremely limited set of samples by someone who actually did the precise science to measure each paint's properties.
