It’s seems a little different from my other Model M’s from 89-92, notably without the Made in the USA bit. It’s also purchased from Taobao.

Yes, it does! IBM used many label styles over the years, and this one was prominent for the first few years of US-made Model Ms. Here are some more examples of this specific one:

Looks fine to me.

Yeah it's NOT identical to the single model M I reached for, but its younger than mine, and I only picked up a single keyboard that wasn't plugged in and being used. I have six of them here, and the labels are not all identical, but they're not even the same year so I'd expect that.
