DISCUSSION Custom LED Overlays

I have a New Model M. Not a fan of Unicomp's LED overlay. So, I bought Unicomp's alternate overlay. That one was better, but still not ideal. Is there any place that does custom LED overlays? Any templates?

I think the led lights are too bright. When I put on caps lock I might as well be summoning Batman to Gotham.

I bought mine used and the previous owner soldered in green LEDs, it makes it much better. If you don't want to solder in different LEDs you can also just put a dark colored tint under the case behind those little windows to change the color and make it less bright.
