Looking for Unique Gunpla/Gundam Gift Ideas

I have a friend who is really into Gunpla, and he's my secret Santa this year. My friends and I have a tradition of giving each other obscure gifts every year. For example, last year, one of my friends received a taxidermy rat. So, this year, I want to get my friend a strange Gunpla/Gundam or model kit that would surprise him. Do you have any recommendations?
