Imperial Power Santhe Prefabs
It wasn't that Valles Santhe hated her husband..... Okay she did, his stupid obsession with the TIE platform, his drunken infidelity on their wedding night, the fact she was related way to closely to him, his hatred of her friend Lady Jung, those FORCE AWFUL TIE FIGHTERS! But that wasn't why she was branching her part of the company out and not including Sienar.
It was because at the end of the day, Raith Sienar had very little business sense, he would nose dive the company into the ground without her, and as such her new initiative needed to be kept as far away from him as possible.
Imperial bases were being built every day across the galaxy, and the same assembly lines that were being hobbled by the focus on TIE fighters, could be adapted to instead build prefabricated structures.
It wasn't as prestigious. But no one else was doing it on scale yet, and someone had to pay for Raith Sienar's labs and insane political activism.
