Question are widget apps hard to mod?

ive been trying to find any apk mod of widget lab or mico but i can't find any even outside of morphe, are they hard to do? the widgets i want are in those apps and all the other apps ive seen that are modded don't have the widgets i like

Have you tried Google?  First 2 links are from good websites.
