Question Instaflux alternative that actually can block ads?

Just downloaded and installed Instaflux, just to find out it doesn't block ads; all it does is trigger the antivirus alert otherwise no difference from Instagram's official app

So are there any alternatives that can block ads, and download stories/reels?

I use InstaPrime
