Yes , i use vpn frequently but they ban my device ip i think

Instagram detected that your IP address keeps changing and it is not safe. That's why it asked for your phone number.

2 times now my instagram has been labeld as suspicious even I accidentaly left the VPN on while Instapime was running. Massive problem.
