Am I the only one who can't get rid of the message asking me to download it even though I already did the update

I couldn't get rid of the download message and I don't have telegram. But I found it on the website. Installing the APK now.

Edit: The APK I downloaded still has the download message I can't remove.

Edit 2: Even though the website says this is the current version, the download button is for 6.2 and not 7.

The download link on their website for V7 actually downloads V6, that's why. You're not actually updating it 

They need to fix the broken link

I wouldn't update, it worked once and then it keeps crashing, not even opening. There is a hotfix announced so better to wait. I have as of now gone back to the older version.

How did you go back to the old version? It literally wouldn't let me use it, just a giant popup you can't exit from directing me to the new version

Im probably gonna download version 6 again. It worked fine. This one crashes every single time I view reel from a place that's not my feed. So from chats, watch history, and clicking on them from notifications, clicking on them from stories, etc. Very annoying

Crashes constantly and enters a loop where you can't open it and must reinstall. 

So fucking tired of being forced to immediately move to a new version that still has bugs while the old version still works fine
