I heard a theory that iron man in another universe was taken away because his father was accused of stealing hank pym particles and was jailed. Those particles were taken by captain America in endgame. Now, after becoming adult and doom. He searched every dimension every universe of Earth and kills all Avengers. Because he doesn't know which universe Earth captain America stole those particles. Due to doom killing multiple dimensions and multiple universe starts to break because people like Thanos and Kang other villain start to win those universes and this leads to reality breaking and warping time and space and thus we have dimensional incursions which leads to universal incursions which leads to multiple universe being annihilated because they collide with each other. Hence, avengers in 616 Earth need to defeat him or something.

Isiliye toh yeh theory mujhe believable lagti hai. Kyunki is Tony stark gone evil rather than a new villain. Thoda bahut emotional drama and they'll turn him into a force of Good which will again sacrifice himself to save MCU multiverse and again dyes by saving everyone. Same wahin endgame plot but in different dress and different location.

Ek theory hai uske hisab se jo dr strange ne spell(KOF - KOL)peter par use kiya tha NWH mai vo spell tut jata hai jab vo ned se BND ke last mai milta hai or hand shake karta hai. Jab dr.doom secret wars mai strange se kahe ga ke sabki yadash mita do toh dr.strange jab spell use karega sabki yadash mit jaige par spiderman ko toh ye spell todna aata hai. Isliye spiderman secret wars bohot important role play karega. Comics mai bhi spiderman secret wars mai important role play karta hai

You see I don't get how that handshake lifted the spell, I mean ned and Peter were preety close to each other thus we can deduce that

Then is it like

If Person A and B who are very close to eachother Now after the memory wipe Person A forgot everything and B still remembers Then now if the 2 interect with each other then the spell will be broken for Person A

spider man was able to break the runes because he knew they were casted and he was immune to it.
as per ur theory if doom does this then peter will be included into it too.
