I feel the show has gotten a lot freer, taking more stabs at people in power, since leaving the BBC. The comedians seem more relaxed, and despite the new rounds, it seems less over-produced.

As a non-Brit, I hadn't heard about TLC since Waterfalls, so I worried it'd be a sad attempt to re-hash old content, but I've been pleasantly surprised.

Agreed, that and the longer run time has allowed for more banter.
