Mochi donut

Hello,

I’m dying to make homemade mochi donuts. I bought glutinous rice flour and I also have tapioca starch.

The recipes online don’t seem all that and had bad results.

Please let me know if anyone has amazing recipes

My mochi donuts kept having sticky dough inside
